Medical Certificates
We provide medical reviews for various medical requirements.
You need to make an appointment for many of these medical certificates and may be given appointments to see both a doctor and a nurse. Please bring the appropriate documentation for your medical. This will usually be listed on your form or the associated website.
Medical examination fees vary as each medical demands specific information and tests.
We can help you with the following medical reports;
- Government agencies – WINZ, War Pensions…
- Insurance
- Driver’s Licence.
- Pre-employment.
- ACC.
- Divers or other recreational medicals.
If you require any medical examination that is not listed above, please call us. The medical reports (where required) take some time to collate, so we may ask you to return to collect the report 1-2 days after your visit, or we can email it to the appropriate organisation. Please let the reception staff know you are coming for a medical so we can ensure we have the right staff and appointment time available. As with all medical examinations at Ngongotaha Medical Centre, we ask that you pay for the consultation and report before we release the document. If we receive a request for a medical report direct from an organisation, we may contact you to confirm you are happy for us to release the requested information.
