Repeat Prescription Requests
If you need a repeat prescription, please call our nurses on 07) 357 1030 and select option 2.
If the nurse is on the phone when you call, your call may go to voice mail. Please leave a message for the nurses to call you or leave the details of your prescription request as listed below.
Some repeat prescriptions may require a nurse or doctor appointment. When you contact us, the nurse can tell you if you need an appointment.
For routine prescription requests, if/when approved, your prescription will be ready for collection at the practice or at your designated Pharmacy after 3.00 p.m. two (2) working days following approval of your request.
Please include the following with your prescription request;
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- All of the medications you require
- If you would like to pick up your prescription from reception or email it to a pharmacy of your choice
- Which pharmacy we should email your prescription to.
