General Travel Medicine Information
If you are travelling overseas, please ask to see our Travel Nurses. They are trained and have to experience in travel medicine to assist with your travel medicine requirements.
Our travel and vaccination advice is specific to you and your destination.
The administration of the vaccines may require a follow-up appointment.
We do not provide the yellow fever vaccination, but we can assist in arranging these for you at Lakes PrimeCare
Before your appointment, please print off and fill in the travel form and either email or drop to us at reception at least 7 days before your appointment. The email is NgongotahaMCNurses@raphs.org.nz
